Fattoria Italia was born in 1975 from the entrepreneurial spirit of Fabio Casadei.
The manufacturer of bouillon cubes and condiments for the catering and retail industry is located in the hills of Romagna a few steps from the cities of Rimini and Cesena, covering an area of 6000m2, divided into production and warehouse.
With a production capacity of 10 cubes per second and 1000kg of catering product per hour, as well as a sales network covering more than 30 countries around the world, Fattoria Italia is by right one of the major national producers in the sector.
The management has always invested considerable resources in technological innovation at the service of production quality: in fact, it has developed the exclusive "cold process", which allows the elaboration of any type of broth without the aid of heat. This production plus, combined with a careful research of raw materials, allows to create products capable of satisfying the highest nutritional and organoleptic standards, keeping the quality of the raw materials unchanged.
Paying attention to the needs of an increasingly large number of consumers, the company has also created the Organic line, obtaining the relative certification in May 2003. Alongside this, a few years later, the Vegan line was born which it is the setting for vegetable, organic products, with Miso and without yeast.
